Who is Leslie Joy Rhoades?

Leslie qualified as a massage therapist in 1991 after studying at the Academy of Natural Therapies on the Gold Coast, Australia. After a decade using various massage modalities on thousands of bodies in Australia, New Zealand and Turkey she began training in the Bowen Technique.

'With massage I found that my clients would arrive in pain and leave feeling great, only to return with the same pain at a later time. I was looking for something that offered more than temporary relief. The Bowen Technique has been my answer.'
Leslie has been studying and practicing the Bowen Technique since 2001. She is an Advanced practitioner, a member of the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia and holds the Certificate IV in Bowen Therapy as accredited by the Australian government. She currently lives and practices in Bodrum, Turkey, returning home to Australia every year for further training. Her other interests include meditation, animals, nature and yoga.
